PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a rear wiper, only when needed, without returning an operator every time to an off position. SOLUTION: As a rotation operation position of an operator 19, a mist (MIST) position is provided next to an off (OFF) position, and when the operator is operated to this mist position and kept in that state, operation of the rear wiper is maintained, while cancellation of the operation maintenance returns the operator 19 to the off position, and the operation of the rear wiper is stopped.
