The invention relates to the oil and fat industry. The inventive method for producing oil an from oil-containing vegetable raw material consists in preparing said vegetable raw material for processing, extracting oil from the oil-containing raw material by pressing it and separating a cake, extracting oil from thus obtained cake by means of an extraction device which combines two processes of cake fatting, i.e. the mixing of said cake with an extraction agent at the mass ratio thereof of 1: (1.9-2.2) during 10-15 minutes and the final fatting of the cake in counter flow by means of an inclined screw extractor in such a way that the residual content of fat in the oil is equal to or less than 1 %. The thus produced oil is refined by using a combined cleaner consisting of three main components: a high-molecular electrolyte or a mixture of high-molecular electrolytes; a low-molecular electrolyte or a mixture of low-molecular electrolytes; organic and/or nonorganic peroxides and/or hydroperoxides. The mixing of the refined oil with the combined cleaner is carried out during the time which is less than 30 min and at a temperature ranging from 0 to 100 DEG C by forming a spiral trajectory of the mixture in the device designed therefor.
