The bin (9) is circular in plan view and the walls of the container (11) taper slightly toward the flat bottom. A handle is incorporated with the lid. It is of semicircular shape and folds down into a groove at the edge of the lid. The lid has a ring or downward-extending flange (10) on its outside. Paired slits (15) divide off flexible tongues (14) from the rest of the ring. The tongues have hooks engaging an undercut groove below the rim of the container.
