PURPOSE: A joining device for a liquid crystal display device is provided to minimize a distance between align cameras and align marks of substrates for improving the precision in the position alignment of the substrates. CONSTITUTION: A joining device for a liquid crystal display device includes a vacuum chamber(100), upper and lower stage parts(210,220) mounted in the vacuum chamber, a stage moving unit, and an align unit. The align unit includes first align elements(410) provided at a bottom part of the outside of the vacuum chamber by the number corresponding to viewing holes(110) of the vacuum chamber and viewing holes(221) of the lower stage. The first align elements are formed of a plurality of cameras to carry out the alignment of substrates at positions easy to monitor align marks of substrates(310,320) via the viewing holes. |
