The invention relates to the field of electronics and may be used in the power electronics plants and power supply sources. The device includes an oscillator, to which it is connected a flip-flop trigger. To the outputs of the flip-flop trigger there are connected in series two output resistors, to which there are connected with the anodes two diodes, and their cathodes are connected to the collector of the additional transistor. The base of the additional transistor is connected through an additional resistor to the output of the oscillator and through the second additional resistor to the control circuit, and its emitter is connected to earth. The device additionally contains a resistor, connected in parallel to the base-emitter junction of the additional transistor.Claims: 2Fig.: 1
