PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing method of improved compression strength having a three-dimensional network structure of a non-foamable thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:In a manufacturing method of a composite foamed body formed by mixing foamable thermoplastic resin particles composed of a thermoplastic resin and a heat decomposable type foaming agent with non-foamable thermoplastic resin particles, the softening point temperature of the non-foamable thermoplastic resin is set lower than the decomposition temperature of the heat decomposable type foaming agent constituting foamable thermoplastic resin particles. At the temperature of heat molding, the melt flow index of the non-foamable thermoplastic resin is larger than the melt flow index of the thermoplastic resin forming the foamable thermoplastic particles, and the non-foamable thermoplastic particles of 3-1500 pts.wt. are mixed with the foamable thermoplastic resin particles of 100 pts.wt. |
