PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the ground condition of a solar battery module with good workability. SOLUTION: An electrode conductor plate 20 is arranged so that electrostatic capacity is formed on a solar battery module 10 between it and a metal part to be grounded, which is connected to a ground electrode 50, AC voltage is applied between the electrode 20 and the electrode 50, and flowing current is detected to measure the ground condition of the metal part. Hereby, it is unnecessary to measure the grounding resistance value at every time to lay one sheet of the solar battery module as before, after laying all the solar battery modules 10, the ground condition can be measured from the surface of the solar battery module 10, and hence the workability is greatly improved. |
