摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety, ease of use, and daily care property by using a magnetic metal material having a predetermined Curie temperature on a rear surface of a cookwear, spraying in a vacuum or inert gas atmosphere to form a heat generation layer, and making an oxygen content thereof below a specific amount. SOLUTION: A heat generation layer 3 is formed by spraying a temperature sensing magnetic metal on a rear surface of a bottom part of a cookwear 1 like a frying pan which is made of aluminum alloy by an arc spraying method. In this case, a Curie temperature of the temperature sensing magnetic metal is, for example, 240 deg.C. Moreover, an oxygen content of the heat generation layer 3 after spraying is within 0 to 10 wt.%. As a result, a magnetic metal material which excels in safety and has a predetermined Curie temperature is oxidized during spraying, and a composition of the heat generation layer after spraying differs from that of the heat generation layer before spraying, thereby solving a problem of changes of Curie temperature. Even if constituent components of the magnetic metal material after spraying are oxidized, it is possible to form many kinds of heat generation layers having different Curie temperatures due to the adjustment of a degree of oxidation and spray conditions.</p>
