PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly and efficiently execute data downloading control from a data broadcast receiving terminal to plural optional information terminals by externally storing broadcast data stored inside is response to a data external storing command transmitted by a transmitting station. SOLUTION: A user gives information on a purchase request (an external storing command C) to a broadcasting station 10 from a data broadcast receiving terminal 30 through a public telephone line network 60. The station 10 executes a bill processing concerning a viewing contract and transmits a data identification code and a data external storing command Cx to a data broadcast receiving display terminal 20 through an up-link center 40 and a satellite 50. Upon receiving data identification code and the command Cx, the terminal 20 externally stores data designated from among internally stored data to record in a portable external storing medium 22a. The user goes to where the terminal 20 is installed in a public place to acquire desired data.
