PURPOSE: An apparatus for observing a matter's state mixed by a homogenizing mixer is provided to automatically remove vapor existing on a viewing glass window, depending on whether an operator has access to the window, thereby enabling the operator to easily observe a kneading state of materials contained in a tank through the window. CONSTITUTION: A viewing glass window is set on one side of a cover(53) coupled with an upper part of a tank, in order that an operator can observe a kneading state of materials. A transmission window is set on the other side of the cover(53), in order to transmit light to inside of the tank. A sensor(120) senses whether the operator observes the inside of the tank through the glass window. A vapor remover(130) removes vapor existing in the glass window. An illuminative instrument illuminates the inside of the tank through the transmission window. A controller inputs a signal from the sensor(120), and controls operations of the vapor remover(130) and the illuminative instrument.
