PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore a management picture by an application manager for managing an already existing application without forcedly ending an application manager for managing an added application even when the added application is hung up. SOLUTION: An application is managed by a first application manager 200 for managing the execution of an application statically integrated in this system and a second application manager 211 for managing the execution of an application dynamically integrated in this system. An event transmitted unit 201 transmits an operation event from a user to an application manager displayed on the picture at present. A picture control part 207 is configured to operate independently from the second application manager 211, and when an event transmitted from the input event transmitting unit 201 to the second application manager 211 is screen switching, the screen control part 207 instructs a display control unit 204 to transfer screen management to the first application manager 200.
