PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and stably control a process with a method controlling the process by measured values measured at three detection ends for the purpose of redundancy with using a relatively simple device, and to provide a method to make economically reasonable decision, and by buffering influence in the case of failure or malfunction of detectors. SOLUTION: Processing method: where three measured values are defined as A, B and C;|A-B|=a,|B-C|=b, and|C-A|=c (wherein||expresses absolute value); and the preliminary defined tolerance is (e), the control is performed by classifying into following cases: (1) all of (a), (b) and (c) are (e) or less. (2) two of (a), (b) and (c) are (e) or less, the remaining one is more than (e). (3) one of (a), (b) and (c) is (e) or less, the remaining two are more than (e).
