PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the registration and management of a user when providing a service for managing image data to the user who uses a cellular phone. SOLUTION: The access acceptance part 105 of a first management server 100 reads the telephone number of a cellular phone 10 when the user accesses through the cellular phone 10. A storage part 120 stores image data uploaded from the cellular phone 10, to which a unique image ID is given by an image ID issuing part 115, every telephone number. The editing part 154 of a service execution part 150 transmits the information (URL address) showing the place in which the image data instructed as 'permanent storage' by the user through the cellular phone 10 is stored and the image ID of the image data concerned to a second management server 200. The second management server 200 downloads and manages, on the basis of the URL address and image ID of the received image data, the image data concerned from the first management server 100.
