FIBER BASE MATERIAL FOR PREVENTING FROM SLIP AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a fiber base material which is characterized by having excellent slip inhibiting property, having 7-10kg/cm of peeling strength and having good texture is characterized by increasing productivity. CONSTITUTION: The fiber base material for preventing from slip is comprised of: a part confounded superfine yarns(1a); a part infiltrated polyurethane resin(1b); a surface stood superfine yarns(1c); and silicone resin(2) coated on a part of the surface. The fiber base material is obtained by the steps of: using a roller for printing the silicone resin; screen-printing partly the silicone resin(2) having 100-800poise of viscosity on the surface of the fiber base material; and then drying the fiber base material.
