PURPOSE: A method for intermediating realty on the Internet is provided to intermediate a transaction based on the correct information by offering the detail information of an apartment and various apartment indexes for a constant period in real-time through the Internet. CONSTITUTION: The basic information for the apartment to monitor an apartment price is registered to a database(S10). The selling article information and the apartment price registered to the database are monitored and inputted in a remote place through the Internet(S20). The various indexes for the apartment are produced based on the inputted real-time apartment price(S30). The apartment indexes, the selling article information, and the current price are provided to an Internet homepage according to a searching condition(S40).
