PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multidirection inputting device capable of preventing the wear of an operation member and maintaining excellent output precision of a signal outputting means and a sense of operation in a satisfactory condition. SOLUTION: This multidirection inputting device 21 is constituted in such a way that one set of up and down rotary members 24, 25 which are apart from each other and cross orthogonally are turnably provided in a case 23 put on a base 22, the operation member 28 passes through long holes 24a, 25a drilled in the longitudinal direction of the rotary members 24, 25, a spring 26 for energizing so as to hold one set of the rotary members 24, 25 at neutral positions is provided, and the signal outputting means 32 is arranged in one end part of each rotary member 24, 25. A conical recessed part 29 is formed at a lower end of the operation member 28, and a support column 30 is erected on an upper face of the base 22. A conical projecting part 31 is formed at an upper end of the support column 30, and a vertex 29a of the conical recessed part 29 of the operation member 28 is brought into point contact with a vertex 31a of the conical projecting part 31 of the support column 30 to turn the operation member 28 using the vertex 31a of the projecting part 31 as a support point.
