PURPOSE: A disk brake for a vehicle is provided to improve braking force by reducing uneven wear of a brake pad efficiently, to increase driving experience by decreasing vibration in braking, and to cut down expenses by extending replacement cycle of brake lining. CONSTITUTION: A back plate of a disk brake comprises a first back plate(210) fixed in a caliper and composed of plural fitting ends(211) in the outer periphery; a second back plate(220) fixing a brake pad(100), and having plural insertion grooves(221) to move with the first back plate by inserting fitting ends; plural elastic body placing grooves(600) bent outward in the first and second back plates; and plural elastic bodies(700) inserted between plural elastic body placing grooves formed in the first and second back plates. Braking force is increased by reducing uneven wear of the brake pad.
