摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a spacer used for an image formation device easily manufacturable at a low cost while having high accuracy. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of this spacer uses a catching member for catching a spacer base in a form covering a part of an end face of the spacer base, and imparts a material for film formation to the end face of the spacer base caught by the catching member.
