PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine capable of simplifying a structure by dispensing with a tacking-out mechanism for commodities 11 and a power source at a side of a plurality of commodity storage racks 28. SOLUTION: The plurality of commodity storage racks 28 are arranged in parallel, and the commodities 11 are longitudinally arranged and stored on each commodity storage rack 28. The commodity storage rack 28 is downwardly inclined toward a commodity taking-out position 35 at a front end, and the stored commodities 11 are guided to the commodity taking-out position 35 at the front end by the inclination. A commodity conveying part 29 is moved to a front area of the commodity storage rack 28 storing the commodities 11 in selling the commodity. The commodity 11 positioned on the commodity taking-out position 35 of the commodity storage rack 28 is taken out onto a commodity conveying part 29 by a commodity taking-out device 31 mounted on the commodity conveying part 29. The commodity conveying part 29 loading the taken-out commodity 11 is moved to a taking-out port 25. By mounting the commodity taking-out device 31 on the commodity conveying part 29, the taking- out mechanism for the commodities 11 and the power source are not mounted at the side of the plurality of commodity storage racks 28, and the structure can be simplified.
