PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To block infiltration of rain water, outside air containing salt content or the like to a disk brake side and to prevent rusting of the disk brake with a cover member, in an automobile having a simple structure and being easily attached or detached. SOLUTION: A tire assembly 1 having a tire 3 mounted to an aluminum wheel 2 is mounted to a hub 4 of an axle, and the cover member 6 for covering the aluminum wheel 2 is then adhered to a side surface of the tire assembly 1 via a peelable adhesive layer S. When the cover member 6 covers the aluminum wheel 2, the infiltration of rain water, outside air containing salt content, or the like to the disk brake 5 side through an opening 2a is prevented. The cover member 6 is adhered to the side surface of the tire assembly 1 by the peelable adhesive layer S, so that workability is improved and working period is shortened largely.
