PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope system capable of measuring a biotic material such as a biotic cell particularly as a sample over a long time. SOLUTION: The microscope system includes a sample chamber installed with a microscope for observing a sample; a command part provided outside the sample chamber, electronically connected with the microscope and issuing commands for controlling a measuring condition in the sample chamber and an atmosphere of the sample chamber; an air blow controller connected with the sample chamber and sending air into the sample chamber; a temperature controller connected with the sample chamber and heating or cooling the sample chamber; and a humidity controller controlling humidity in the sample chamber.
