STRUCTURE, METHOD AND DEVICE FOR JOINING BUTTED CONTAINERS, AND DEVICE FOR FEEDING AND CUTTING ADHESIVE TAPE WITH TEARING STRIP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut an adhesive tape to join two containers with each other without using any cutter.

SOLUTION: The adhesive tape T is affixed to both longitudinal edge surfaces P2a and P3a (P2b and P3b) adjacent to each other of the two butted containers P2 and P3 across the edge surfaces P2a and P3a (P2b and P3b) along the longitudinal direction (the direction of an arrow F). A tearing strip S which is located at a boundary part P1a of the longitudinal edge surfaces P2a and P3a (P2b and P3b) is affixed to an adhesive surface of the adhesive tape T along the longitudinal direction, and notches N and N are formed along the outer side of the tearing strip S. The tearing strip S includes a tape narrower than the adhesive tape T or a string. The notch N is formed on both outer sides or one outer side of the tearing strip S.
