PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filler-containing resin composition which is excellent in filler dispersion (particularly pigment dispersion for a colored pellet or a master batch) and moldability regardless of a filler, a base resin or a molding method to be employed, is free from a trouble of color non-uniformity or flow mark, and is not lowered in resin property, and particularly a filler-containing resin composition which is highly dispersible in a master batch. SOLUTION: The dispersant for a filler comprises using a petroleum resin having a hydroxy group. The resin composition comprises the dispersant for the filler, a resin and a filler.
