PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrafine fiber dispersed nonwoven fabric having a low degree of adhesion of mutual ultrafine fibers and a uniform weave, a sheet material comprising the ultrafine fiber dispersed nonwoven fabric, a method for producing the same and an apparatus for producing the same. SOLUTION: The ultrafine fiber dispersed nonwoven fabric comprises ultrafine fibers having≤4μm fiber diameter and≤3 mm fiber length in a dispersed state thereof. The deposit ratio of deposits is≤0.5 mass% and the absolute value of the main correlation coefficient of the weave is not larger than theαvalue determined by the formulaα=4.6692×W<SP>-0.7222</SP>[wherein, W is the weight (g/m<SP>2</SP>) of the ultrafine fiber dispersed nonwoven fabric]. The method for producing the ultrafine fiber dispersed nonwoven fabric comprises a step of jetting an assembly of the ultrafine fibers from nozzles into a gas by actions of a compressed gas, making the assembly collide with a collision member having protrusions, producing ultrafine fibers and dispersing the ultrafine fibers, a step of depositing the dispersed ultrafine fibers and forming a fiber web, and a step of binding the fiber webs.
