PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibratory ground boring device for reducing generation of noise, for surely excavating, with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A sample gathering boring device is mounted on a fixed frame 7 of a boring machine 1; can retractably move to the ground; and excavates by applying vibromotive force in addition to dead weight. This boring device is composed of a traveling frame 6, a tool support means 40 having a boring tool 10, an exciter 30, and a manually rotating member 60. The boring tool 10 is subsidiarily rotated by the manually rotating member 60 in a boring process, and excavating capability is enhanced, and sample soil is efficiently gathered.
