<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door-lock controller at a low cost preventing containment into a car. <P>SOLUTION: The detection of an outside-handle switch is invalidated (104) in the case of the reception of a double-lock requirement (100 and 102), and the detection of an inside-handle switch is invalidated (114) after a fixed time passes (110). That is, the inside-handle switch is invalidated for the fixed time.
