PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve beautiful finishing up to near outer and inner canthi without correction by mounting rods on eyelashes quickly and accurately. SOLUTION: In the eyelash permanent waving rod, a soft steel-like wire material for keeping shapes is placed into the rod body thereof, both ends of the body are closed with a resin, or the like, for safety and the body of the eyelash permanent waving rod is made of a material that enables a change in the shape thereof freely while keeping any changed state as it is. Since the shape of the rod is changeable freely and any changed state is kept as it is, the rods obtained can be mounted on eyelashes easily by making the shape of each body thereof freely match the shape of each eyelash thereby achieving a substantial shortening in the working time and a beautiful curling.
