<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink-jet recording method and an ink-jet recording apparatus, being excellent in ink choking resistance of a recording head, ink ejection stability, blurring resistance, image durability and smoothness, capable of stably printing a highly sophisticated image on a wide range of printing media without an ink absorbing property. <P>SOLUTION: In the ink-jet recording method for forming an image on a recording medium by heating a liquid ink having a viscosity of 10-500 mPa s at 30°C to 40-150°C by a heating means, and jetting the same from a nozzle having a nozzle plate of a recording head, the thermal conductivity λ(×10<SP>-1</SP>) of the nozzle plate is 1-300 W/mK. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
