PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image data reproducing method that facilitates operation of reproducing and displaying newly photographed and added image data in an information processor for reproducing and displaying image data and to provide a device therefor. SOLUTION: This method is to device whether or not to reproduce prescribed image data in accordance with whether the prescribed recorded image data is an image that has been prepared before the date and hour when an image reproduction and display operation is performed or is an image that is prepared after the date and hour when the image reproduction and display operation is performed.
