PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply provide a new functional material that is environmentally friendly, has deodorant and antimicrobial activity since it includes naturally occurring chlorophyll as a starting material in the form of a non-aqueous mixture by using a resin including chlorophyll derivative soluble in a variety of solvents. SOLUTION: The additive for non-aqueous media comprises a resin produced by polymerizing chlorophyll derivatives and monomers bearing an unsaturated double bond with a free radical initiator. The additive that includes a vinyl monomer that can form a charge transfer complex with chlorophyll. The additive in which the monomer bearing an unsaturated double bond comprises two or more kinds of vinyl monomer that can mutually form the charge transfer complex.
