PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily determine whether a powder and granular material equipment for handling powder and granular material is required to be sealed or not. SOLUTION: A jetting property index of the granular material is determined as 60 or more when a degree of dispersion is 10% or more, even in any sample, and the granular material equipment for handling the granular material is determined to be required.
