PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out inner face coating in a wastewater pipe with a small diameter (32-50ϕ) without destructing a building in a wastewater pipe regeneration work for prolonging the life of the pipe by cleaning the wastewater pipe and then applying an epoxy resin to the pipe. SOLUTION: A hose composed of a coating material hose for supplying a coating resin and an air hose for supplying compressed air to spray the coating resin and form a coating is attached to a hose guide composed of a spring for freely turning and direction-changing the hose, a guide covering the spring and making a curved face of the wastewater pipe smooth by installing a roller at the tip end, and a coating chamber partitioned by a coating material shielding plate for temporarily storing the coating resin from the hose, and the hose is inserted through an opening part of the wastewater pipe. The resin injected into the coasting chamber through the opening part of the coating hose is sprayed to the inside of the wastewater pipe out of the coating chamber through a plurality of coating material jetting ports by injecting compressed air which is injected through an opening of the air hose into the coating chamber.
