FIELD: transport. SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, sheets whose with exceeds tolerable clearance gauge are bent prior to transportation to make their width in bent state less than 3500 mm, and profile of bent sheet which serves as initial profile for subsequent deformation making of pipe should have flat base and side walls made to radius exceeding radius of ready pipe, changing into flat walls tilted to base at angle of 60o. Replaceable linings of thickness equal to or somewhat greater than thickness of sheet are placed on base of each bent sheet. EFFECT: improved efficiency, reduced cost of transportation. 2 dwg
