PURPOSE: A heat exchanger is provided to reduce pressure loss by preventing growth of a flow boundary layer by reducing air flowing resistance. CONSTITUTION: Slits(41,42,43,44,45,46,47,48) on a first row and a second row, a third row and a fourth row formed on sides of a base surface of a heat transfer fin(10) through which air flows in and out are divided into two unit slits, respectively, and formed symmetrically to each other with respect to a center line connecting centers of joining holes(30). The unit slits on the first row and the fourth row are formed to be inclined to the neighboring joining holes, respectively. The unit slits on the second row and the third row are formed to be inclined at angles smaller than inclining angles of the unit slits on the first row and the fourth row. The unit slits are formed as asymmetric trapezoids. The unit slits on the first row and the fourth row are formed to be inclined to the neighboring joining holes by 10 deg., respectively. The unit slits on the second row and the third row are formed to be inclined to the neighboring joining holes by 6 deg., respectively.
