PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which reduces vibration and sound caused by torque pulsation enough without complicating structure of a stator and a rotor, and to provide an apparatus mounting it. SOLUTION: This motor is provided with an open cut where diametrical length Ls is Ls>Wt and besides (0.1×Lt)<Ls<(0.7×Lt), when defined that the diametrical width of the wide part 14 at the tip of a tooth is Wt and the length from the end on inside diameter side within the tooth to the base of the tooth 12 crossing a yoke 15 is Lt. The width in rotational direction of the opening on inside diameter side of the above cut is in the range of an aperture angle (mechanical angle) (5/P)<θ<(16/P) [°] to the center of the rotor when numbers of pokes of the motor are denoted as P.
