PURPOSE: A near field optical recording/reproducing device capable of multi-shaft driving is provided to realize the tracking driving by a rotation shaft and the focussing driving by first and second suspension parts. CONSTITUTION: A near field optical recording/reproducing device capable of multi-shaft driving includes an actuator arm(201) integrally formed with a coil supporting part(203) at a side and a first suspension part(202) at the other side and carrying out tracking rotation by a first rotation shaft(204) mounted to a base, a second suspension part(211) for focussing driving with respect to the first suspension part of the actuator arm, a tracking coil(205) and a first magnet(206) mounted to the coil supporting part for tracking driving, a focussing coil(208) and a second magnet(207) mounted to the first and second suspension parts correspondingly for focussing driving, a second rotation shaft(210) penetrating the first and second suspension parts for focussing driving freedom of the second suspension part with respect to the first suspension part, and a slider(213) provided to a front end of the second suspension part.
