PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily register the kind of a destination and an electronic mail address into a one-action dial or an abbreviated dial and to perform a transmission according to the registered electronic mail address and destination kind. SOLUTION: An operation part 50 is provided with three page sheets 61, 62 and 63 placed to display a plurality of destination kinds such as To, Cc and Bcc, for example, and to be respectively successively turned out corresponding to the displayed destination kinds and microswitches SW1, SW2 and SW3 for detecting the selection of each page sheet by turning out the relevant three page sheets 61, 62 and 63. When a one-action dial key 65 is turned on in a step S11 of a figure 3, the destination kind corresponding to the page sheet turned out and displayed on the top among the three page sheets 61, 62 and 63 is automatically designated and registered.
