PURPOSE: Provided are a stack cooling apparatus of a fuel cell system and a method for preventing overload, a method for controlling the supply amount of fuel/air, and a method for controlling the supply amount of cooling water by using the stack cooling apparatus of the fuel cell system. CONSTITUTION: The stack cooling apparatus of the fuel cell system comprises: a fuel cell stack part(10) comprising a fuel electrode(11) attached to an air electrode(12), wherein an electrolyte membrane is placed between the fuel electrode(11) and the air electrode(12); a fuel supply part(20) supplying hydrogen to the fuel electrode(11); an air supply part(30) supplying oxygen to the air electrode(12); a cooling-water supply part(40) for radiating heat generated from the fuel cell stack part(10); a heat recovering part(50) for recovering the heat generated from the fuel cell stack part(10); a cooling-water circulating part(60) re-inletting the cooling-water, passed through the heat recovering part(50), into the heat recovering part(50); a heat exchange part(70) cooling heated water; a first temperature sensor(81) sensing the temperature of the cooling-water outputted from the heat recovering part(50); a second temperature sensor(82) sensing the temperature of the cooling-water re-inlet to the heat recovering part(50); a control part(90) controlling the supply amount of the cooling-water, the supply amount of the fuel/air, or whether to drive the fuel cell stack part(10) by measuring the difference of temperature between the first and the second temperature sensors(81,82). |
