#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves determining the fuel consumption of each of the engines of an aircraft, comparing the consumption of each engine with the other engines and detecting the engine that has a high fuel consumption. The surplus consumption ratio of the detected engine is determined with respect to the other engines.
