PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data storage circuit not requiring a processor capable of processing data at high speed, composable without restriction of a throughput, and capable of preventing throughput decline of a device without providing respectively a queue corresponding to each input port and a queue corresponding to each output port. SOLUTION: This circuit has a constitution wherein data inputted from the input port can be exported to a storage part 3 in the order of the input port without raising data speed and the queue corresponding to each input port 1 is not required to be provided on a data export part, because the data export part 2 is formed so as to switch and connect a plurality of input delay means 4 having different delay times and a plurality of input ports by an input switching circuit part 5.
