<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a light shielding layer by which a black transfer layer is transferred from a transfer sheet and the transfer layer can be transferred in a fine pattern with high resolution, and to provide a microlens array sheet having a light shielding layer. <P>SOLUTION: The method for forming a light shielding pattern is carried out by using a UV photosensitive resin which loses tackiness by exposure and by laminating a black transfer layer formed on a supporting substrate of the transfer sheet onto the surface of the unexposed patterned resin having tackiness and transferring the transfer layer. In this process, the tacky power on the interface between the unexposed patterned resin surface and the black transfer layer is controlled to be larger than the adhesion strength (peeling strength) on the interface between the supporting substrate of the transfer sheet and the black transfer layer, and moreover, the cohesive power of the pigment dispersed in the black transfer layer is controlled to be smaller than the difference between the above tacky power and the adhesion strength (peeling strength). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
