PURPOSE: Anti-bacterial biotic ceramic insole is provided to supply dissolved oxygen and to remove bad odor and bacteria and to protect foot health by adding bactericidal material and bio-ceramic powders during a process forming the insole. CONSTITUTION: The insole is prepared by a process comprising admixing materials for the sole and bactericidal material and bio-ceramic powder to radiated bio-far infrared ray together with cotton, pulp, PE as primary materials of the sole; adding diluted adhesive to the admixture; pressing the mixture into flat sheet; drying the flat sheet then molding it in metallic mold. The primary material such as cotton, pulp and PE is ground into fine particles in order to preferably blend them with the bactericidal material and bio-ceramic powders.
