PURPOSE: A waterproof layer structure using a waterproof agent and an insulating film is provided to reduce fracture of a waterproof layer and to enhance adiabatic effects and durability. CONSTITUTION: The waterproof layer structure using a waterproof agent and an insulating film comprises a primer layer(1) composed of a phenolic composite placed on a concrete slab layer, a waterproofing layer(2) composed of a primary synthetic composite placed on the primer layer(1), a reinforcing layer(3) attached on the waterproofing layer(2) and composed of one of polyester and glass fiber reinforcing fabrics, a waterproofing layer(4) placed on the reinforcing layer(3) and composed of a secondary synthetic composite, an insulating film layer(5) of polyethylene materials placed on the waterproofing layer(4), and an adiabatic layer(6) placed on the insulating film layer(5).
