<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical gas concentrator exhibiting effects that the production quantity of a specific gas is increased, operation cost is reduced and damage of a cell is prevented. <P>SOLUTION: The electrochemical gas concentrator is composed of an oxygen concentration stack (1) formed by laminating 10 layers of the cells (9), a pair of air introducing pipes (13) for supplying air to the oxygen concentration stack (1), a taking out pipe (11) for taking out the concentrated oxygen from the oxygen concentration stack (1), a power source part (5), a vacuum heat insulator (3) housing the oxygen concentration stack (1), a heater control part (7) for controlling a furnace heater (31) in the vacuum heat insulator (3), an air preheater (15) wound around an air introducing pipe (13), a power source (17) for impressing the air preheater and an air pump (21) for supplying air to the air introducing pipes (13). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
