PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically perform the drilling of precisely finishing the inside diameter without any troubles for a worker. SOLUTION: A drilling tool 1 uses a holder 2 while it is supported by and fixed to a tip part of a spindle of a drilling device. A rocking arm 4 with a cutting blade 5 fixed thereto is supported in a rocking-displaceable manner around a pivot 3. The rocking position of this rocking arm 4 is determined by the balance between the elasticity of a disk spring 6 and the penetration of a pushing piece 7. By adjusting the penetration of this pushing piece 7 by an adjustment nut 8, the rocking position of the rocking arm 4 is adjusted, and the rotational diameter of a cutting blade part of the cutting blade 5 is adjusted.
