PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film which has electrical conductivity without humidity dependence and releasability and especially, is suitable as a process film to be used for a path for protecting the surface relative to an optical member. SOLUTION: This laminated film is composed of a laminated coat which contains 5 to 95 wt.% amorphous stannic oxide with an average particle size of 1-12 nm range and 95 to 5 wt.% binder resin for the total weight of the laminated coat, formed on at least, one side of a thermoplastic resin film. In addition, the laminated film has 3 to 50 nm in average roughness (SRa) of the three-dimensional centerline of at least, one side of the laminated film and contains internal foreign matter of not less than 50μm less than 100 pcs/m<SP>2</SP>.
