A machine for sucking and removing cigarette smoke is provided to create a pleasant air environment in the room by sucking and removing cigarette smoke that pollutes air in a room. A machine for sucking and removing cigarette smoke comprises: a cylindrical shape(10); a spiral suction port(10-1) formed on a top part of the shape; a filter support(11) formed in a cruciform on an inner side of the spiral suction port; exhaust holes(12) perforated into left, right and rear sides of an intermediate body part of the shape; a push button switch(20) embedded in a front lower body part of the shape and projected to the outside; a wire hole(13) perforated into a lower right body part of the shape; a wire(21) disposed in the shape via the wire hole; a plug(22) connected to one end of the wire; a powerful motor(18) embedded in the shape; a suction fan(19) mounted on a shaft of the powerful motor; a filter cover(14) separably formed on the spiral suction port; a suction connector(14-1) penetrated into an upper central part of the filter cover; a suction directional pipe(17) inserted into the suction connector; a suction port(17-1) formed in a trumpet shape on an upper bent part of the suction directional pipe; a support(15) separably formed to fix the shape; a mounting part(15-1) projected from a top face of the support to unite the shape with the support; a screw hole(16) perforated in the center of the support; a screw(23) integrally formed along the screw hole; and a filter case(24) which is placed on the spiral suction port, and in which a filter(25) is embedded.
