STRUCTURE FOR DISPERSING OIL OF CONNECTING ROD IN ENGINE OF VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A dispersing structure of oil in a connecting rod is provided to improve the lubricating efficiency of a cylinder by diffusing the dispersed oil throughout the inner wall of the cylinder through the connecting rod. CONSTITUTION: Bosses are formed in a big end(120) of a connecting rod(100) to reinforce the girth of an axial rod. A discharge groove(122) is formed in one boss(121) toward a piston to uniformly disperse oil to the inner wall of a cylinder. The lubricating and the cooling efficiencies of the cylinder are improved by diffusing the oil throughout the cylinder and uniformly dispersing the oil in the whole inner wall of the cylinder. Moreover, the additional processing cost for forming the discharge groove by forming the disperse groove when the material for the connecting rod is produced.
