<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform data communication with a data reading device even when a plurality of memory devices are overlappingly stored in a card case. <P>SOLUTION: This memory device has a card body 2 having an antenna element 4 for performing the data communication in the state of non-contact with the data reading device 300 and an integrated circuit element 3 for storing data on the communication with the data reading device 30 through the antenna element 4.
