PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing method and device capable of realizing highly precise color reproduction even when an observation environment for an input image and the observation environment of psychological evaluation test and an observation environment for an output image are different from each other. SOLUTION: This image processing method is realized by an image processor configured of a rgb value storing part 1, a converting part 2 for converting the rgb value into an XYZ value, a first color sight model processing part 3, a converting part for converting the XYZ value into an L*C<SB>ab</SB>*h<SB>ab</SB>* value, a fuzzy image processing part 5, a converting part 6 for converting the L*C<SB>ab</SB>*h<SB>ab</SB>* value into the XYZ value, a second color sight model processing part 7, a converting part 8 for converting the XYZ value into the rgb value, a converting part 9 for converting the rgb value into a CMYK value, an observation environment parameter storing part 10 of an input image, an observation environment parameter storing part 11 of a psychological evaluation test, and an observation environment parameter storing part 12 of an output image.
